This is a classic ballet barre class with extreme focus on form to keep your joints safe and healthy. With over 25 years of dance experience and research this class is dedicated to connecting to your mind and body. This technique offers isometric barre fundamentals to help you tone, strengthen and improve flexibility. We offer safe unique and fun variations to keep you challenged. This class is for all fitness levels and no dance experience is required.

PIYO LIVE!

Monday and Wednesday at 9:30

PiYo isn't like standard Pilates and yoga classes that make you hold long, intense poses, or lead you through dozens of repetitive, microscopic core movements. PiYo speeds everything up—including your results—by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility

 

MOM AND BABY YOGA

From 10:30 - 11:30, Mom & Baby focuses on strengthening the spiritual, emotional and physical bond between parent and child. Using interactive yoga postures the class is ideal for mommies and babies 6 weeks to crawling. Class also includes infant massage and various exercises that assist the development of your child’s motor skills. Mom & Baby Yoga will help carry you smoothly through the busy early months of caring for a new baby.

We will also end each class with 15 minutes of baby sign language tips.

BARRE PILATES:
Using light weights, therabands, and a ballet barre…this amazing workout will challenge every participant as arms, core, legs and shoulders are concentrated on, lengthened and strengthened. Stott Pilates Certified instructor, guaranteeing a superior experience

MAT PILATES:
Utilizing light weights, yoga balls, and bands, this class is a fabulous core challenge and will assist in joint mobility, flexibility, coordination and overall fitness. Neuromuscular retraining will encourage long and lean muscle development and overall fitness development
